  • This interactive workshop uses customized case studies and role-plays from the actual participants so the concepts are applied to their real world. It’s not just theory!

Personal & Mentor Coaching

  • One or two times per month, 30 min per session, with “on-call” support available.
  • Individual attention providing JIT learning and rapid resolution of problems.

  • ‘Safety valve’ resource for dealing with the Manager’s most pressing issues.

  • 50 min. each, 2 times per month by teleconference.

What Does it Cost?

Individuals may attend a one-day session for as little as $500.00. Follow-up coaching ranges from $100-$300 per person, per month. Group discounts and private workshops are available.
