Mind Shift {Intuitive Mind}
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift
and the rational mind is a faithful servant.
We have created a society that honors the servant
and has forgotten the gift."
- Albert Einstein.
It used to be that intuition was reserved for mothers and psychics but now, slowly but surely, it is more commonly accepted by more and more people. Still, as Einstein pointed out long ago, there is a stigma in some circles. When was the last time your company sponsored Intuition Training along with Time and Project Management?
Intuition is indeed a gift. We don't have to work hard to earn it, but we do have to cultivate a sensitivity to it in order to notice and honor the messages we receive. Stress and a hectic environment muffle intuition -- our minds are more focused on the outward world rather than the world inside. It's a little like being a farmer, your crop will grow for free -nature takes care of that, but we must tend to the environment for it to flourish and grow. What would you like to grow today? A solution or two??
-- What's been my biggest challenge this year? Have I summoned my intuition to help me? (Making an intention or setting the expectation that you will receive a message from your gut is often a prerequisite for getting or recognizing the message.)
-- Do I act on my intuition? What if I did? (Forget the stigma and honor your heart-felt messages -- there is a reason that you received it! If not now, when?)
