Mind Shift {Awaken!!}

Making sense of the outside world only truly happens after you truly know yourself. Why? Because we don't see things as they are, rather we see things as we are. (How are you? Not bad, thanks, but better when I come from my true self!) It is our interpretation of life that gives life its meaning, and we can't do that without going through the lens of that which is us.

Looking into your heart takes quiet and peace -- scarce commodities in many of our lives! Nevertheless those who make it happen are rewarded by another world of mystery, enlightenment, timelessness and peace -- all within our grasp. Go to that part inside you that is most uniquely you and ask your deepest questions. The answers may not be revealed to you in a flash of brilliance but by returning there on a regular basis you will begin to feel the clues. Awaken to the possibilities!!

- Have I found my passion? Am I living it? (You can be very comfortable without being happy and without feeling too much of anything. Are you living from the heart?)

- Consider your most stressful moments: "Where" is your heart when you're working under stress? (The answer for most is, "tucked far away." Rather than recovering from stress after the fact, access your heart-feelings in the moment and you'll head off much of the turmoil)
