Mentoring

For most leaders, mentoring is an essential part of their leadership and personal development. Like coaching, it allows the Mentee to get feedback and advice on the issues that most deeply affect him or her when they need it most. Aside from purely technical advice, it is also a very effective and efficient way to communicate the unwritten rules of to really get things done in your organization -- the secret to success in many circumstances!
