Our coaching engagements can be highly customized based on individual client needs. (e.g.: blind spot issues, leadership development, stretch projects, turnarounds, etc.)

The coaching engagement may include but are not limited to the following:

• On-site observation and feedback.

• Personal Profile Assessments (Myers Briggs, DiSC, Insights, or others).

• 360 feedback with the client's peers, superiors and direct reports.

• 3-way feedback sessions with the client, his/her sponsor and the coach.
