Keith Lewis
Keith brings a strong commitment and high energy to his facilitation, training and coaching practice. Keith's niche in facilitation is through simulations and accelerated learning techniques. He engages the audience at a visceral level so that the learning actually comes from both the participant and the facilitator. He is familiar in both a training environment working with a client's own curriculum as well as in a conference or meeting setting involving 6 to 600 people. In his coaching practice, Keith has worked both with groups and individuals from front line leaders through the executive suite. He brings a straightforward and pragmatic approach to his coaching, and encourages a strong partnership with his clients to work through issues together.
Keith developed strong insight into the business environment, working for eight years in the role of VP of Business Development with Eagle’s Flight with over $975,000 in annual sales and delivery of experiential training programs, before focusing on facilitation and his own entrepreneurial endeavors. He also gained experience as a senior consultant with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture). With local and international engagements that included organization assessment, vision and mission development, organization design and consolidation, and functional and technical training design and development.
As a member of the American Society for Training and Development, he founded the Collaborative Consultant special interest group. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northwestern University and received a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas.
Keith’s clients include Shell, Texas Instruments, Dell Computers, USAA, Motorola, Advanced Micro Devices, Automatic Data Processing, Brinker International, BAE Systems, Genentech, Pizza Hut, Gartner Group, Boise Paper, Freescale Semiconductor and Wachovia.
Keith is also proud to be married to his best coach ever and tremendously supportive wife, as well as being a father to three beautiful, talented and humorous children. He also likes to make it known that: he was collegiate mascot Willy the Wildcat at Northwestern University and professional mascot Benny the Bull with the Chicago Bull, he is a fifth-generation Texan, graduate of The Player’s Workshop of Chicago (Improvisational Comedy) and worked with Dave Pelz at his Short Game Golf School in Boca Raton, Florida.
