She specializes in providing management development, customer relations, sales skills, team building, performance management and evaluation, and interpersonal communication training. She has also conducted workshops and presentations, which apply NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) communication technology to specific topics, such as: Instant Rapport, Relationship Building, Language Power Tools, and Presentation Skills.
