Daniel Morman
Dan has over 20 years of coaching, consulting, and management experience in improving results through improvements in Leadership, Strategy Development, Large Scale Business Process Reengineering, Integral Change and Cultural Transformation.
He works closely with leaders at all levels to help meet the leadership challenges of and building sustainable, long term profit, growth, and organizational capacity. He has specialized experience in helping managers improve their ability to influence their people, peers, leaders and clients in complex global environments. Naturally, part of this work often includes the deeper purpose, satisfaction and life balance issues that affect these efforts.
Dan has led many successful efforts in Strategic Planning and Analysis, Business Process Design, High Performance Teams, and the successful implementation of change in both consulting and coaching capacities.
He also teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Building Business Acumen, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics, and Strategic Planning and Analysis. Several of his programs licensed to firms offering them widely in the US and Canada.
Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dan served as Manager of Industrial Engineering for a 3,000 person Division of R. R. Donnelley and Sons (Printing and Media Replication) where he and his staff planned and justified major capital improvements and expansion efforts for the Division as well as developing manufacturing plans for new facilities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Later Dan led the new information systems develop for a Group of Divisions which included the redesign of key business processes to create a platform of "next generation" technology solutions.
Dan's clients include: Cisco Systems, IBM, Texaco, Conoco-Phillips, Hitachi Heavy Construction (America), Microsoft, Samson Energy, R. R. Donnelley & Sons, Alcoa, Trium Consulting Group, Stagen Leadership Institute, University of Texas McComb School of Business.
Dan holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University as well as numerous continuing education certifications including Certified Behavioral Analyst through TTI Performance Systems, the Barrett Values and Cultural Transformation, The Leadership Circle 360 Tools, and the Executive Development Program of the Harvard Business School Club of Buffalo. He is also a graduate of Coach University.
